Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform various laboratory tests accurately and within the required timeframe.
2. Collect, identify, label, and safely store samples.
3. Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment and machinery.
4. Prepare chemicals, equipment, and other materials needed for tests.
5. Maintain proper records and documentation of samples and test results.
6. Follow laboratory safety and hygiene standards.
7. Coordinate with scientific and medical staff for test analysis.
8. Identify any abnormalities or technical issues during testing and work towards resolving them.
9. Stay updated with new techniques and procedures and follow them effectively.

Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of laboratory equipment and techniques.
• Proficiency in computer software like MS Excel, LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), etc.
• Ability to follow laboratory safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the lab.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to analyze and record data accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a related field.
• Up-to-date knowledge of scientific and technical advancements.
